Goldshell Wallet Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how INTCHAINS PTE.LTD.as well as its affiliates (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, store, process, transfer and protect your personal information when you use any products, services, applications, APIs or third-party applications relying on such APIs, online shop services, official website (https://wallet.goldshell.com/) or any other websites, pages, features, or content related to Goldshell Wallet provided by the device, firmware and the companion application (collectively the “Goldshell Wallet”).
This Policy applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual clauses and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal information by us and is not intended to override them unless we expressly state otherwise.
By accessing and using the Goldshell Wallet, you signify your acceptance to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any aspect of this Policy, you should immediately discontinue access or use of the Goldshell Wallet. This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use for the Goldshell Wallet. For these purposes, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts and waive any objection to the exercise of that jurisdiction.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Singapore law. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy or its validity, interpretation and performance, the parties shall first attempt to settle such dispute or claim by friendly negotiation. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information about you directly from you, from third parties, and automatically through your use of the Goldshell Wallet. Some information we collect from you is referred to as “personal information” or “personal data” in this Policy. Personal information or personal data is data that can identify you, or data that we can relate to you, such as your name, email address, crypto wallet address and shipping address. Some services accessible through the Goldshell Wallet are partly or fully provided by third parties who may process your information as set forth in their own privacy policies, contractual commitments we have with them or applicable laws.
1. Goldshell Wallet websites
We sell Goldshell Wallet on Goldshell online shop at https://www.goldshell.com/shop/. On the Site, you may subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email, clicking on the subscribe box. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will regularly inform you about the latest news from Goldshell, in particular about our services and products. As a data controller, we collect, store and process the email addresses of users who subscribe to our newsletter. In case you change your mind and you do not want to receive the newsletter anymore, you can unsubscribe any time for free.
We share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and your interaction with our ads on other websites with our advertising partners. We collect and share some of this information directly with our advertising partners, and in some cases through the use of cookies or other similar technologies (which you may consent to, depending on your location).

2. Goldshell Wallet Device
Goldshell Wallet device are 100% offline products. That means that we can not and nor do we collect any information from you by way of the device.
3. Goldshell Wallet Companion App (the “App”)
When you use the App, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the App, and information necessary to help us provide and improve the Goldshell Wallet for you.
- Device Information: operating system version, device model, device ID (pseudonymized), IP address and Goldshell wallet firmware version.
- App Information: App version, App crash and error information, page rendering time and internet request time.
- Wallet Information: UUID of the wallet, type of cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency addresses, txHEX and transaction information including timestamp, sending address, receiving address and the amount of the transaction.
4. Customer Support Information
We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.
Examples of Personal Information collected include: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and any information about quality issues of the Goldshell Wallet. Collected information may also include any photos/videos of how you use the Goldshell Wallet, cryptocurrency addresses, transaction IDs, serial number, version number, and screenshots of the Goldshell Wallet.
How We Use the Information
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to help us operate, provide, improve, customize, support, and market the Goldshell Wallet. We may use your information for the following purposes:
1. To provide the Goldshell Wallet
We process your personal information to provide the Goldshell Wallet. 4. To ensure quality control
We process your personal information for quality control to fix bugs and improve the functionality of the Goldshell Wallet, and staff training to make sure we continue to provide you with efficient support. If we do not process personal information for quality control purposes, you may experience issues on the Goldshell Wallet, such as inaccurate transaction records or other interruptions. We may also collect and process your personal information to power our services, which may include personal information collected to improve our offerings for internal purposes such as auditing or data analysis, or for troubleshooting, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.
5. For research and development purposes

When you opt-in or do not opt-out from receiving promotional materials in a form in which we collect the personal information from you, we will contact you regularly via e-mail for such communications. We will not use your personal information to market or promote the events offered or arranged by us or third parties unless we have received your consent.
In the event we send any promotional communication to you, we will provide you with an “unsubscribe” mechanism through which you may opt out of receiving other similar messages in the future.
Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-promotional e-mails.
International Transfers of Personal Information
As a global entity, Goldshell may store, transfer, and otherwise process your personal information in countries outside of the country of your residence as necessary for the purposes for which we collected your personal information. Such operations are undertaken in accordance with the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to us and are performed only via protected channels. By submitting your personal information to us, you understand and consent to the transfer of such personal information as described above.
In particular, if we transfer your data generated in the EU to our affiliates or third party service providers outside the EU, we will adopt EU-based standard agreement terms or the security protection mechanisms in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In particular, if we transfer your data outside of Singapore, we will make sure that your personal data is protected to at least the same standard as that in Singapore. For example, we will always ensure that there is a proper legal agreement or binding corporate rules that cover the data transfer.
External Websites
Occasionally, the Goldshell Wallet may provide references or links to other websites which may be operated by third parties (“External websites”). We do not control these External websites, third party sites or any of the content contained therein or how they deal with your personal information. You agree that we are in no way responsible or liable for External websites referenced or linked from our website, including, but not limited to, website content, policies, failures, promotions, products, services or actions and/or any damages, losses, failures or problems caused by, related to, or arising from those sites. External websites have separate and independent privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies, rules, terms, and regulations of each site that you visit. We seek to protect the integrity of our website and welcome any feedback about External website information.
Retention
We limit our retention of your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it and any other permissible or related purposes, and as permitted or required by the applicable laws, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes.
Security Safeguards
We maintain, and require our service providers to maintain, appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of the personal information you entrust to us. Our staff are trained on the importance of privacy and protection of personal information. We intend to limit the number of individuals within the Company with access to personal information to those directly involved in the process of providing the Goldshell Wallet to you. Security arrangements will also be reviewed regularly to ensure that personal information is protected against loss and unauthorized or accidental access, use, disclosure, modification and erasure.
Rights to your personal information
Under applicable laws and regulations in your country or region, you have the right to request access, correction, and/or deletion of any personal information we hold about you (hereinafter referred to as the request). These rights will be subject to specific exclusions and exceptions under applicable legal provisions.
Once we obtain sufficient information to confirm that we can process your request, we will respond to your request within the time frame provided by applicable data protection laws. In general, our response will be within thirty (30) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under applicable laws).
We have the right to refuse to process requests or only comply in part with requests where an exemption applies or we are otherwise entitled to do so under applicable laws, such as if the request is manifestly unfounded or manifestly excessive or it would require the disclosure of information about third parties. In some circumstances, we may charge a fee, where permitted under applicable laws. If we believe that certain aspects of a request to delete the information may result in our inability to legally use the information for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or reasons permitted by applicable law, it may also be rejected.
You may withdraw your previously granted consent for specific purposes, including the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information that we possess or control. Depending on the scope of your withdrawal of consent, you may not be able to continue receiving the full benefit of the Goldshell Wallet. Please note that withdrawing consent also does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

Accuracy of Personal Information
We generally rely on personal data provided by you (or your authorised representative). Children’s Privacy
We do not, in providing the Goldshell Wallet, knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction to use Goldshell without prior consent from such person’s parent or guardian. If a user submitting personal information is suspected of being younger than 13 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction to use Goldshell, we will terminate his or her continued use of the Goldshell Wallet, unless the said prior consent from such parent or guardian has been obtained. Please notify us if you know of any individuals under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction using the Goldshell Wallet so that we can take action to prevent their access to the Goldshell Wallet as appropriate.
Changes and Updates to this Policy
This Policy may be revised, modified, updated and/or supplemented at any time, without prior notice, and at the sole discretion of Goldshell. When we make changes to this Policy, we will let you know either by posting the modified Policy on the APP or the Site. The modified Policy will be effective at the time they are either posted on the APP or the Site, whichever is the earliest, unless we indicate otherwise. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you shall stop using the Goldshell Wallet immediately. When an updated version of the Policy is posted, your continued use of the Goldshell Wallet means that you agree to the updated content and agree to abide by the updated Policy.
Do Not Track
Some Internet browsers – like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari – include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signals. Since uniform standards for “DNT” signals have not been adopted, the Goldshell Wallet does not currently process or respond to “DNT” signals.
