Effective from February 28, 2024, the operational management of the Goldshell brand, including the Goldshell official website (including the online store) https://www.goldshell.com/ and the GoldshellZone APP, will be transferred from Goldshell Pte. Ltd. (the “Transferor”) to INTCHAINS PTE.LTD.as well as its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Intchains”), The transfer of the operational management rights will begin on February 28, 2024. Going forward, Intchains will continue to deliver top-quality products and services to you.

Intchains has witnessed the impact brought by Goldshell brand and after taking over operational management of the Goldshell brand, Intchains hopes to leverage Intchains’ abundant resources and platform to bring you a better experience.

Due to the change of the operating entity for the Goldshell website and the GoldshellZone APP from the Transferor to Intchains, you need to re-sign the<Uer Agreement>and<Privacy Policy>with Intchains. This step is taken to ensure both your and Intchains’ rights and obligations, and ensure the user experience and rights of your continued use of Goldshell products and services. Your support and trust as a Goldshell user are highly valued by us. We assure you that the change in the operating entity will not affect your experience and rights on Goldshell website and GoldshellZone APP, there will be no change to the Goldshell services provided to you. After-sales services will continue as usual under the <After-sales Terms>. As part of the acquisition process, your personal data will be disclosed and securely transferred from the Transferor to Intchains. in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. You may request to withdraw your consent for your personal data to be held by Intchains. subject to legal restrictions. However, please note that this may mean that you are unable to continue to utilize the Goldshell products, services, website and application. 

In the coming weeks, you might notice some changes, such as announcements on Goldshell website and GoldshellZone APP. We’re committed to making this transition as seamless as possible, minimizing any impact on your experience.
